About Us:

Position Overview: As a Creative Bartender, you'll be the star of our bar, shaking up extraordinary cocktails that perfectly complement our Nikkei dishes. Your flair, enthusiasm, and inventive spirit will be the secret ingredients in our recipe for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixology Mastery : Craft visually stunning cocktails with inventive flavours that wow our guests.
• Guest Connection : Create connections with guests by offering cocktail recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Atmosphere Enhancement : Contribute to the vibrant atmosphere by engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences.
• Bar Brilliance : Keep our bar area sparkling clean and efficiently stocked, ensuring a seamless service flow.
• Inventory Ingenuity : Manage beverage inventory, place orders, and keep track of stock levels.
• Menu Magic : Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative cocktail pairings that elevate our menu.
• Responsible Service : Adhere to all legal requirements for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a lively, upscale restaurant or bar.
• A passion for mixology, a knack for creativity, and a flair for showmanship.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a zest for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
• Must be of legal drinking age and meet all local legal requirements for bartenders.
