Recruitment Consultant – European Private Equity & Investment Banking

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) | Sector: European Private Equity & Investment Banking

Are you an experienced recruiter with a hunger for high-value markets and the drive to build something genuinely lucrative? We're a well-established London recruitment agency — now in our seventh year of trading — and we're looking for an ambitious consultant to take ownership of our European private equity and investment banking desk.

We already have strong, active relationships with some of Europe's leading investment banks, so you won't be starting from scratch. But this role is for someone who wants to grow, not just maintain. You'll be developing new client relationships across European PE and IB markets, deepening existing ones, and building a desk you can be proud of — and well rewarded for.

What the role involves

You'll be focused on both business development and relationship management within European private equity and investment banking markets. All client communication is conducted in English, so European language skills are not a requirement — though if you happen to speak one, that's a genuine advantage. This is a 360 role, and the expectation is that you bring energy, commercial instinct, and a real appetite to win.

Commission up to 30%. That's not a typo. If you're money-motivated — and we hope you are — the earning potential here is exceptional.
