Site Manager - Harrow Primary School - Apply Now!
We are working with a school in Harrow recruiting for a Temporary Site Manager to cover a long-term absence. This role is suitable for an experienced caretaker who can hit the ground running and manage a large primary site independently.
The Role You will lead the maintenance and security of the school for the duration of the contract, ensuring all statutory testing is up to date and the site remains secure. This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential for extension. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the daily opening and closing procedures of the school
Managing the site budget and ordering necessary maintenance supplies
Liaising with the School Business Manager on major repair projects
Conducting weekly fire and water safety tests and maintaining records
Managing the on-site cleaning team and janitorial staff

What the School Is Looking For
Significant experience in school caretaking or site management
