Retail Supervisor
We're looking for two full-time Retail Supervisors to help lead our busy retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our shops. This is an exciting opportunity for people who enjoy leading by example, motivating colleagues and ensuring high standards across customer service, sales performance, merchandising and operational delivery.
This role suits people who are passionate about retail and customer service, with experience of supervising a team in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for two enthusiastic and organised individuals who can build positive relationships, confidently manage competing priorities and create a welcoming and inclusive experience for every visitor. You'll have experience of supporting and motivating a team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service. You'll be confident handling operational processes, cash management and stock control, with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in a busy visitor-facing environment. Previous experience of working in a museum is not required. We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering excellent customer service, supporting and developing colleagues, maintaining high retail standards and contributing to a positive and successful team culture.
