Graphic Designer - 6 Month FTC
At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand on a 6 month FTC.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to develop engaging, high-impact visuals that captivate our audience across digital, social, and in-store experiences. You’ll play a key role in elevating our campaigns, ensuring every visual is both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.
If you’re a detail-oriented creative with a passion for storytelling through design and a desire to grow within a collaborative team, you’ll thrive at Sephora.
What you’ll be doing…
You’ll support the creation and execution of impactful visual assets across the full marketing ecosystem, including:
- Designing visually engaging content across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints.
- Creating assets for 360° omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Bringing campaigns to life through motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social channels.
- Adapting global creative assets for the UK market whilst maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas, and refine creative concepts.
- Ensuring all creative is optimised for its intended channel, from website and app to email, social, print and OOH.
- Supporting the delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar.
- Staying ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output.
What you’ll bring…
You’ll be a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering best-in-class visual content. You will also bring:
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
- Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation.
- A strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and content optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve and innovate.
