Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Business Studies to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school guidelines.
• Assess students' learning progress through a variety of methods, including tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students thrive academically and personally.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share educational resources and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and educational activities.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Business Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies to primary or secondary school students.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods in Business Studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
