Role: Associate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (£50,000 First year OTE)
Hybrid model: Friday WFH

The Role:
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the vital link between candidates and clients. You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and our internal database
- Conducting screenings and updating candidate profiles with career aspirations and availability
- Providing career guidance to help candidates navigate their job search
- Arranging interviews and keeping all parties informed throughout the process
- Generating leads through candidate conversations and market research
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Taking references to qualify candidates and uncover potential new business opportunities
- Maintaining service standards , ensuring a quality experience for clients and candidates
