Operating Model Lead - Inside IR35 - London
The successful candidate will:
- Support the design and delivery of stakeholder workshops to assess current and future operating models.
- Conduct desktop reviews of historical model documentation to inform present outputs.
- Develop a baseline "as-is" operating model, including resource profile, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Review and update the existing case for change to align with current strategic goals.
- Assist in producing high-level and detailed "to-be" operating models for senior stakeholder review.
- Engage with external delivery partners to refine the detailed operating model.
- Identify and recommend interim improvements to deliver early benefits.
- Support documentation of options and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Work with the Operating Model Lead to define structures, roles, responsibilities, policies, and ways of working.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with programme objectives and operational requirements.
