A renowned UK architecture practice, celebrated for its cutting-edge and sustainable designs, is looking for a skilled Front End Designer to join their dynamic Hotels Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a Central London studio known for delivering award-winning projects that blend creativity with functionality. With a salary range of £45,000-£55,000, this role offers the chance to contribute to transformative hospitality projects across the UK, Europe, and Asia, shaping spaces that elevate the guest experience worldwide.
In this role, youâll be at the forefront of the design process, turning initial ideas into visually striking concepts that set the tone for hotel projects. Youâll collaborate with a talented team of architects, interior designers, and project leaders, ensuring every design reflects the studioâs commitment to excellence. - Produce clear, impactful visualizations and presentations to showcase design proposals.
- Work closely with the Hotels Team to brainstorm, refine, and develop creative solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to interpret their needs and integrate feedback effectively.
- Ensure designs meet project objectives, including timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
- Research emerging trends in hospitality design, materials, and technology to inspire innovation.
- Support the transition of concepts into detailed design phases alongside technical teams.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of experience in a design-focused role, preferably in architecture or interior design.
- Exceptional skills in visual communication, illustration, and hand-drawing techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit is highly preferred to streamline project workflows.
- A background in architecture or interior design, with an understanding of spatial planning.
- Previous exposure to hotel projects or international work is advantageous but not essential.
- Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000, reflecting your experience and skills.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options to suit your lifestyle.
- The chance to work on globally recognized hospitality projects with top-tier clients.
- A vibrant, inclusive studio culture that encourages creativity and teamwork.
- Tailored opportunities for career progression and skill development.
- Access to cutting-edge design tools and resources to support your work.
- A prime Central London location with excellent transport links and amenities nearby.
