Associate Customer Marketing Specialist
Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
Location: UK, West London (Uxbridge), Stockley Park. Hybrid working pattern: In-office requirement on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Option for remote working on Mondays and Fridays. Full-time hours.
Main Purpose
- Support the Regional Customer Marketing team to centralize tasks and drive efficiencies across the team.
- Own the display set-up process & ensure systems and technology are optimized for the most effective process.
- Maintain collaboration tools updated to ensure perfect flow of communication & materials
Specific Responsibilities:
- Own the EMEA Display set-up process, system,s and activation deployment to markets.
- Work with the Display team to actively understand schedules and requirements and proactively ensure all needs are being met.
- Understand HDM & SAP processes and ways of working.
- Hold highly restricted access to HDM and create all required set-ups, adhering to the set process with HDM Team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear channels of communication are maintained at all times.
- Proactively recommend enhancements in process and maximize all potential centralization opportunities across the team.
- Work with the SSC (shared service centre) on behalf of the customer marketing team to centralize workload and tasks effectively.
- Facilitate tracking and maintain required documentation (reports, tracking tools) to ensure key milestones are understood and adhered to.
- Follow and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures in line with SOX requirements, ensuring outstanding levels of quality and accuracy within all transactions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Marketing and Administration experience.
- High level of detail & accuracy.
- Takes personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of service when dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Effective project and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and accountable attitude.
- Comfortable using Excel, collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams, SharePoint), and internal systems (e.g. HDM, SAP).
