Location: Sutton (2 minutes from the train station)
Salary: £24000 - £26000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

We currently have 2 roles - 1 will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the other will focus more on data and reporting.

We’re on the lookout for two highly organised Administrators to join our team in Sutton. You'll be the person who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes – managing inboxes, updating databases and helping coordinate site visits. Whether you’re already experienced or just have the right attitude, we’ll give you full training and ongoing support from day one.

Previous excel experience would be advantageous for our reporting admin role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the enquiries inbox and liaising with surveying and operations teams

• Speaking with customers via phone and email to support their requests

• Uploading job requests to our ACT database and collating information for engineers

• Planning and scheduling site visits

• Updating spreadsheets and customer records with accuracy

• Providing general administrative support to the wider office team

What we’re looking for:

• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

• A friendly and professional telephone manner

• A real team player who gets stuck in

• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks

• Strong attention to detail – accuracy is essential

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
