About the Role

The role will be working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, and the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the current business systems.

Responsibilities

The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:

Centralising documentationStandardising processesThey will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issuesBeyond project work, the Application Analyst will:Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systemsResolve user issuesOptimise workflowsEnsuring the Firm's applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in a systems team within a law firmStrong understanding of legal department operationsKnowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databasesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team playerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
