Strategic Sourcing Manager - Procurement Sourcing Lead
As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will be proactively involved in procuring high-value goods and services. You will buy IT, consulting, MRO and agency etc. You will manage both CAPEX and OPEX across all procurement activities.
· Responsible for maximizing value through procurement by strategically managing the UK supplier spend and identifying opportunities that drive sustainable improvement in cost, quality, service, and innovation. · You will be involved in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Procurement excellence. You will have to build strong supplier relationships. · Involved in managing procurement processes across the team and help to drive improvements. · Working in a matrix environment with exposure to global sourcing activities and partnering with the wider business. · Proactively enable commercially viable sourcing strategies and efficiency levers for spend in remit · Ideally have knowledge of IT category management as a key area, but be a generalist procurement professional · Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet organisational goals. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.Recommended Jobs
