About the team
In our Professional and Financial Services Business unit, we bring everything we have learned in more than a decade of Applied AI, and use it to help our clients navigate a rapidly changing landscape.
We develop and embed AI solutions which help firms become more efficient, enhance customer experience, and find the commercial upside in uncertain markets. Within the constraints of a highly regulated industry, we see so much opportunity for meaningful innovation and are proud to set the gold-standard for marrying technical excellence with safe deployment.
About the role
Banking is entering a period of profound reinvention. Across retail, commercial and corporate banking, leaders are under pressure to improve productivity, modernise customer journeys, strengthen risk management, and turn AI from a series of pilots into enterprise-wide advantage.
Faculty is uniquely placed to help. We combine deep technical expertise in AI with hard-won experience delivering real transformation in complex, regulated environments. We work with senior leaders to move beyond experimentation, designing and deploying AI solutions that create measurable impact across front office, operations, risk, and control functions.
We’re looking for a Head of Banking to define and grow our presence in the sector. You will shape our go-to-market strategy, build enduring relationships with senior banking stakeholders, and lead the pursuit and delivery of some of the most ambitious AI transformation programmes in the market. This is an opportunity to build a distinctive banking practice inside a company with world-class technical depth, strong delivery credentials, and the ambition to set the standard for AI in financial services.
What you'll be doing
Leading complex AI transformation programmes for major banking clients, from strategy formation to AI software delivery
Building trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite banking leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on how AI can drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and deepen customer loyalty
Generating sales and revenue for Faculty by shaping software design, compelling commercial pitches, and exciting demos that convey Faculty’s technical depth and delivery excellence
Elevating Faculty’s industry profile by articulating differentiated banking propositions and points of view through the media and in industry forums
Ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of high-quality client work across the sector by guiding multidisciplinary teams, maintaining executive confidence, and helping teams navigate ambiguity, pace, and complexity
Mentoring and developing colleagues through line management, helping to replicate and reinforce Faculty’s Principles and collegial culture
