Key Responsibilities

Encourage social interaction and peer relationships
Support pupils during transitions and unstructured times
Monitor progress and share observations with teachers and SEN staff
Promote independence while offering appropriate levels of support
Some roles may include aspects of personal care or physical assistance, depending on the needs of the pupils. Full training and guidance will be provided where required.
