Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
• A degree in Geography or a related discipline
• A strong interest in developing as an outstanding classroom practitioner
• Good subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography
• Willingness to learn, reflect, and engage fully in ECT support programmes
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and student achievement
