Paid Media Contractor
London (Hybrid) but open to remote in the UK
Immediate Start
£300 per day | Short-term cover contract
I’m working with a digital media agency who are looking for a Paid Media Contractor to join their performance team on a short-term basis. You’ll be working across well-known retail accounts, getting stuck into campaign delivery and optimisation across Google Ads, Shopping, and Paid Social.
The role:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be setting up, optimising, and reporting on campaigns, making sure performance targets are hit while spotting areas for growth. You’ll also play a part in client meetings by providing analysis and insights, and be a go-to for junior team members when needed.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Creating and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, and Paid Social
- Running keyword and audience research to feed into strategy
- Testing ad copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages to drive performance
- Monitoring budgets, performance, and conversion tracking to maximise ROI
- Preparing analysis for client reviews and supporting with presentations
- Offering support and guidance to Paid Media Executives

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and social platforms
- A proven track record running campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Paid Social
- Analytical mindset with good Excel skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Agency or in-house experience in a similar role
