With a salary of up to £33,000 per year, this role is ideal for an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in their childcare career.

What We’re Looking For
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
A genuine passion for working with babies, toddlers and preschool children.
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and nursery procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
The ability to plan and support engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children.
Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework.
Observe and assess children’s progress, supporting their individual next steps.
Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
Support daily nursery routines, including meals, hygiene and outdoor play.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
Help create a happy, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
