Staff Product Marketing Manager, EMEA

Okta

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human

Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager, EMEA to drive regional go-to-market execution and sales enablement across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt messaging, content, and strategy for key markets across Europe, while also fueling growth in emerging markets in the Middle East and Africa.

This role is perfect for a strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling, market insights, and equipping sales teams with impactful content.

Based in London, with 2 days a week in the office, you will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive localised GTM impact by:

  • Translating Global Strategy to Local Reality: Adapting global product positioning, value frameworks, and launch plans to align with regional buying behaviors and local industry dynamics.
  • Bridging Global & Regional Teams: Serving as the strategic liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring regional market feedback directly shapes product roadmaps and global messaging.
  • Tailoring High-Impact Collateral: Refining customer-facing narratives, campaign assets, and enablement tools to drive pipeline velocity across EMEA.

The ideal candidate will be a unique blend of technologist and business strategist - someone who can dive deep into technical detail while crafting value propositions that resonate with both a more technical and C level audience. Beyond strategy and content, you must be a self-motivated, execution-oriented individual who stays focused on delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Regional Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support product launches and GTM strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional needs.

  • Localise global marketing campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets.

  • Optimise product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.

Sales Enablement

  • Adapt global sales content for EMEA, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.

  • Equip sales and partners with the right messaging, competitive insights, and use cases.

  • Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies.

Content & Messaging

  • Tailor product messaging to resonate with EMEA customers while maintaining global consistency.

  • Work with content teams to adapt marketing assets (case studies, blogs, web pages) for the region.

Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct research on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations in EMEA.

  • Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

  • Share insights with global and regional teams to inform strategy.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years domain experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions. You know who the players are, where the gaps lie, and how to win.
  • Proven PMM Toolkit: Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards from end to end.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products. Written and verbal communication required in English (business proficiency)

Market Knowledge: Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region. Solid understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions.

  • Hands-on Technical Proficiency: A technologist at heart. You must have a track record of supporting sales teams with bringing the solutions to life, and be comfortable demoing the product to technical buyers.

Strategic & Action-Oriented: Ability to utilise data-driven market research and performance analytics to adapt global messaging, sales enablement, and campaign assets into relevant content tailored to regional EMEA market needs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Working environment: Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
