Job Description
Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours)
To provide world class customer service while supporting the sales and support channels, working within a set KPI. Dealing with daily customer queries and processing changes required whilst engaging internal colleagues, suppliers, and customers where appropriate.
- Work as part of a team to ensure calls from customer, sales and support channels are answered within internal and external compliance guidelines
- Speak and resolve customer queries relating to terminal or banking queries. Raising any changes to relevant partners or merchant banks
- Resolve queries relating to change of bank/ change of entity, cancellations, terminal swap outs
- Ensure all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Ensure data is always captured accurately
- Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary, raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
- Periodically review Daisy Security Policies – centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
- Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.
- To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.
Qualifications
- Be driven to focus energy and passion on serving our internal & external customers.
- Able to use initiative to find ways to resolve problems and deliver.
- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn about Daisy products and adaptable to business change.
- Experience of dealing with customers, internal colleagues, and suppliers in relation to orders.
- Has a keen eye for detail with a flexible approach to the job in hand.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask and not drop the ball.
- Must be well organized and able to work to deadlines and manage own tasks efficiently.
- Strong team player but able to work independently and take ownership for own workload
