Secondary English Teacher - West London - Full Time - September Start - Temp to Perm

Salary: MPS/UPS or 140 - 160 per day (for supply)

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: September Start

A well-regarded secondary school in West London is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Assess and track student progress to ensure high attainment and achievement

• Differentiate lessons to cater to the needs of all students, including those with SEN

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum improvements

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching English at secondary level , including exam preparation

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students

• A commitment to high expectations and academic excellence

• Experience working with students with additional needs is desirable but not essential
