Operations Intern (m/f/d)

As Operations Intern , you support Voi's daily operations in London and across the UK, with a strong focus on parking, city communications and operational support for events and warehouses. You help keep our service reliable, compliant and partner‑friendly, while gaining hands‑on experience in urban mobility operations.

Main outcomes (6 months)

• Robust process for UK parking approvals and geofencing updates, clearly documented and followed.

• Consistent, high‑quality handling of the London ops inbox and inquires, including basic reporting and dashboards for the team.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

• Coordinate parking approvals and updates with UK cities, maintaining clear records.

• Support creation and quality control of parking IDs and geofencing changes in relevant tools

• Monitor and manage the London operations inbox, triaging and resolving operational emails and inquires.

• Support day‑to‑day communication with city contacts and partners

• Assist with operational planning and execution for events (e.g. pop‑ups, safety events, partner activations).

• Coordinate with UK warehouses and field teams, including occasional site visits.

• Collect and structure operational data (inbox stats, complaints, parking issues).

• Use basic analytics/SQL to create simple dashboards and recurring reports.

• Keep internal documentation and playbooks up to date (parking processes, city specifics, event checklists).

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

• Interest in operations, logistics or mobility; experience in operations, event coordination or project management is a plus.

• Comfortable working with data; willing to learn and use SQL and basic dashboard tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; professional email handling.

• High attention to detail, organised, good time management and proactive follow‑through.

• Collaborative, able to work closely with Operations and cross‑functional teams (Policy, Product, Market Development, Fleet Management).

• Proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
