About the Role

This is a role that blends curiosity and execution: you imagine how in-store retail could feel, code it with AI, and get it in front of shoppers. You rapidly iterate, observing shoppers as you test prototyped features, looking at how they respond, then deciding if the feature makes the cut. Successful features are handed to engineering to review, refine and commit to the live product, all at pace.

How you build is key to success too. We're agentic-first, we've built our own coding harness, and everyone works on max plans, so you'll never be rate-limited. The only limit will be your ability to imagine what shoppers truly value.

What You'll Do

• Own an idea end to end, from a concept to a proven feature.

• Research market trends, shopper behaviour, and competitor offerings to formulate initial concepts.

• Code a feature and iterate rapidly, observing shoppers as you test prototyped features.

• Evaluate shopper feedback and sentiment to determine if a feature makes the cut.

• Provide Engineering a validated feature so they can build the durable version.

About You

The person who thrives in this role will blend an instinct for what shoppers desire with the agentic coding skill to build their ideas fast. We are a startup and that inevitably means a high-intensity environment. We're looking for capability, drive and a desire to make a meaningful difference. The right person will always have been a bit obsessive about the things they care about.

This role sits under our Head of B2C Product. It's a great fit for someone who wants to bridge coding and product: a product role at heart, but built for an exceptional coder who wants to be close to customers and help solve real problems.

Office Is Our Default

We get our energy from being together, and this is primarily an office based role. It will suit someone who loves the quick conversations and the connection of building something together in a fast paced environment. We're on what we think is the best garden square in London, a couple of minutes from Tottenham Court Road, so it's an easy place to get to and a good place to be.
