Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work

Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services provides high-quality market data to financial professionals worldwide sourced from Deutsche Börse Group’s Xetra and Eurex trading platforms, as well as from cooperation partners. Our real-time, index (DAX and STOXX), reference, and historical data, plus insightful analytics derived from granular market activity, empower a wide range of customers - from analysts and traders to asset managers and back-office professionals - to make informed investment decisions, optimize strategies, manage risks and gain a competitive edge. Our Customer Compliance unit is responsible for ensuring that this data is accessed and used in accordance with our licensing standards, maintaining the trust and integrity on which our business is built.

Join our Customer Compliance team as a Market Data Auditor and contribute to upholding the standards of our market data licensing. Depending on your experience, you will support or take responsibility for the execution of market data audits, helping to ensure that clients adhere to our licensing standards while working with a diverse range of data products used by financial institutions worldwide.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct and support market data audits of global customers, identifying discrepancies with licensing agreements
  • Depending on your experience, support or take responsibility for the planning, execution and delivery of audit analyses for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders during reviews and audits, building positive working relationships and helping to verify compliance with licensing requirements
  • Document and share audit insights, while continuously building and deepening knowledge of market data delivery platforms, systems, entitlement control and administrative practices
  • Contribute to team projects and the implementation of updated audit and licensing requirements

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Studies, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • You have initial experience and a strong interest in Market Data Licensing or auditing in the financial services industry; familiarity with Deutsche Börse AG market data products, licensing frameworks, or market data industry terminology is a plus
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, combined with a structured and reliable working style
  • You have advanced communication skills in English and are confident in interacting with different stakeholders; German is an advantage
