VP Project Manager/Business Analyst - International Change, Global Bank

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst with a strong background in Equity Derivatives and Front Office transformation? Our client is hiring a dynamic professional to join their International Change team within the Chief Transformation Office. This role offers the chance to drive high-impact change initiatives as part of a strategic technology transformation programme in Global Equities—specifically within Equity Derivatives and Structured Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver front-to-back business and technology change for the Global Equities division.

• Partner with global stakeholders across Business, Technology, and Functions to define and deliver requirements, including trading and data capabilities.

• Drive the implementation of zero-touch lifecycle processes and risk management improvements.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage delivery across multiple teams and locations.

• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate effective governance and control processes while ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.

• Communicate clearly across stakeholder groups and levels, providing transparency and insight to leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within Equity Derivatives and Structured Products.

• Strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle across Front, Middle, and Back Office.

• Hands-on experience engaging with trading desks and delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid understanding of trading systems, risk management, position management, and regulatory reporting processes.

• Adept at using project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with structured product RFQ platforms (e.g., SIMON, OTCX, Halo).

• Familiarity with business analysis techniques, testing strategies, and solution architecture.

• Understanding of market structure, regulatory landscape, and financial markets infrastructure.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivery in complex project environments.
