The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven In Room Dining Manager to lead our In Room Dining team in delivering an exceptional and seamless guest experience. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's operations – from room service orders and amenity deliveries to financial performance and guest relations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, empower their team to uphold the highest service standards, and foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the In Room Dining department, ensuring smooth service delivery and optimal staffing.

• Supervise the efficient and timely delivery of room service and amenities, upholding luxury standards.

• Motivate, train, and guide the team to deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service.

• Handle guest and internal queries professionally and efficiently, resolving concerns to the highest standard.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menus and ensure all associates are trained to confidently upsell and personalise the guest experience.

• Monitor sales performance, control expenses, and support promotional efforts to achieve financial targets.

• Collaborate with other outlets and departments to ensure communication is seamless and service is aligned across the hotel.

• Drive continuous improvement through feedback, innovation, and hands-on leadership.

• Support recruitment, performance management, and development of the In Room Dining team.

• Ensure compliance with Rosewood standards and all relevant health, safety, and regulatory policies.
