The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Canteen Attendant, you will be an essential part of our dedicated restaurant for associates. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll ensure the space runs smoothly, is immaculately maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our team. From keeping service areas pristine to helping associates feel cared for during their breaks, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable behind-the-scenes experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Restaurant Head Chef with daily tasks and service

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised restaurant space, upholding HACCP standards

• Build friendly rapport with associates, creating a positive and relaxed environment

• Be knowledgeable about menu items and allergens, assisting with any questions or concerns

• Ensure food and beverage stations are well stocked and presentable throughout the day

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture among colleagues

• Attend meetings and training sessions to support continuous development

• Champion our Rosewood Impacts initiative and commitment to sustainable practices

About You

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

• Warm, approachable, and attentive to others’ needs

• Comfortable maintaining high standards of hygiene and service

• Passionate about sustainability and wellbeing in the workplace
