Hybrid working pattern - 2 days per week at our London Bridge office

Alto Software Group is a B2B SaaS company which creates software solutions that connect businesses and consumers, powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.

We deliver a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders to drive efficiencies, speed up the transaction while reducing risk, improve end-customer experiences, stay ahead of regulatory changes and unlock new areas for business growth.

While we are not a start-up we have a start-up mindset and want our people to operate with this mindset so that we can achieve our ambitions.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Partner Marketing Coordinator to support our growing partner ecosystem. Working closely with our Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll help manage and execute co-marketing activities with both new and existing partners. From onboarding and campaign execution to reporting and CRM management, you'll play a critical role in making our partnerships successful.

This role sits within the wider marketing team and collaborates closely with our partnerships team. It’s perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident balancing both marketing creativity and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Partner Marketing Execution: Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, including email marketing, webinars, joint collateral, and events.
  2. Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Help onboard new partners, ensuring they receive the right tools, content, and guidance to co-market effectively.
  3. Campaign Coordination: Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple partner campaigns.
  4. Marketing Operations Support:
    • Upload and manage contact lists in HubSpot
    • Create and schedule emails in HubSpot
    • Help track campaign performance and partner marketing KPIs
  5. Partner Support: Respond to incoming partner marketing requests, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  6. CRM & Platform Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot, and assist with partner data in platforms like Crossbeam.
  7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the partnership team to align on goals, timelines, and partner priorities. Support broader marketing team initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, partnerships, or sales operations role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (required)
  • Familiarity with tools like Crossbeam, Google Workspace, and basic HTML (a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A hybrid thinker with both marketing flair and operational discipline
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

In your first 3 months, success in this role will look like:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new partners with timely, well-coordinated marketing enablement
  • Keeping campaign data clean and up-to-date across HubSpot, Salesforce, and partner platforms
  • Becoming the go-to person for internal stakeholders when it comes to partner campaign support
  • Helping the team scale our partner marketing engine with reliable systems, templates, and reporting

Why Join Us
