Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a CEO.
This is a highly traditional and strategic EA role, with approximately 90% of responsibilities focused on complex diary management, anticipating needs, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
The Executive Assistant will act as a master gatekeeper, managing multiple priorities and serving as a trusted point of contact for the CEO and investors.
The role also includes light office management tasks and occasional assistance with events.
The position requires a highly competent, confident, and assertive professional who thrives under pressure, manages high volumes of scheduling requests at pace, and consistently delivers error-free results. The ideal candidate enjoys a collaborative team environment and demonstrates the ability to handle constantly changing deadlines with poise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO
- Manage complex and dynamic diary requests, anticipating conflicts and prioritising effectively
- Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper, liaising with investors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as required
- Undertake light office management tasks and provide support for occasional events
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all business matters
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6 Years experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives (C-suite), preferably in Retail, Hospitality, or client-facing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients
