The role has arisen as the company grows on the back of success, now it looks to further its mission and continue enhancing knowledge of human health. You would join the platform engineering team focusing on AWS, provisioning infrastructure as a code with terraform and migrating the database from MongoDB to DocumentDB. Also, you would be a part of maintaining and developing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, data centre infrastructure and practice site reliability.
The organisation works in autonomous, cross functional squads allowing you to fully focus on one feature area. You would use your strong problem solving skills, keen eye for detail and collaborative nature to evolve the platform. To further the company's success, and also yours, you will be exposed to new technologies and languages, enhancing your skills as an engineer.
There is a comprehensive package including: 30 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contributions double what you contribute (up to 10%) and payment of a professional prescription per annum. On top of this there is support for your career, you will be provided access to an individual learning budget of £500 per annum.
