Receptionist – Private Equity

West End | £30,000–£40,000 DOE | 5 days in the office | 8.30am–5.30pm

A fantastic opportunity for a warm, enthusiastic Receptionist to join a highly regarded private equity firm in the West End. As the face of the firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, investors, guests and colleagues. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering a calm and seamless front-of-house experience, and brings a strong work ethic to their day-to-day work. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the Assistant team during busy periods, offering great exposure to the wider business.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing a warm, professional front-of-house welcome

• Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they run smoothly throughout the day

• Answering and directing calls efficiently and courteously

• Coordinating taxis, couriers, deliveries and office supply orders

• Supporting the EA team with tasks such as expenses, printing, documents and ad hoc support

• Providing occasional holiday cover for Assistants, offering insight into the EA function

About you

• Experience as a Receptionist within a corporate or professional services environment

• Confident, personable and comfortable acting as the first point of contact

• Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail

• Organised, proactive and happy to support the wider team when needed

• Genuinely enjoys delivering a high-quality front-of-house experience
