Position: Room Technician

Pay rate: £12.77

Wokring hours differ between 10am to 6:30pm and 7am to 3:30PM

What You'll Do:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rooms and facilities.
Heavy lifting/Manual handling
Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and staff.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and reports.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to tasks and a can-do attitude!
