Pay: £95-£115 per day

A vibrant primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its team immediately.

This Teaching Assistant role is centred around supporting pupils who require additional help to access learning and build confidence in the classroom. Rather than being assigned to one child, the successful Teaching Assistant will work across a year group, supporting a range of pupils through classroom assistance, intervention groups and targeted academic support.

The school has recently expanded its intervention programme and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can help deliver structured support in reading, writing and maths while promoting independence and positive learning behaviours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils during lessons and independent learning activities
• Delivering small-group interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Helping pupils develop confidence and resilience
• Working closely with teachers to monitor progress
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
