US/UK TAX SENIOR MANAGER - LONDON (UP TO £90,000)

Two Positions Available - Growth & Progression Opportunity

We're recruiting two Senior Managers to join our US/UK tax team at an independent, growth-focused tax advisory practice. These are genuine expansion roles in a merit-based firm with zero corporate red tape. You'll have flexibility to shape your role around your strengths - whether that's complex technical advisory or portfolio-led compliance management.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and own a portfolio of US/UK private client tax matters
• Manage complex compliance and advisory work (structure can flex based on your strengths)
• Oversee billing, identify upsell opportunities, ensure quality delivery
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Develop and mentor managers and junior staff
• Work closely with Partners on strategic advisory projects
• Contribute to practice growth and business development

What You Need:

• ATT or CTA qualified
• EA or CPA qualification
• 5+ years' managing a client portfolio in US/UK private client tax
• Track record in both compliance and advisory work
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong technical credibility and commercial mindset
• Client-facing confidence and relationship-building skills
