Lead Veterinary Surgeon / Branch Partner
Location: Hendon, Greater London
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: £80,000 per year
As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon and Branch Partner, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice, taking the next step in your career, and delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, with guidance on non-clinical aspects
- Drive the growth and success of the practice while sharing in its financial rewards
- Help shape the equity model that works best for you, allowing you to retain control of your career
- Collaborate with a large community of 800+ vets, supporting each other professionally and personally
- Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive work environment
