We're partnering with a fast-growing IT services provider, backed by private equity, with a current turnover of c.£15m and strong ambitions for continued growth and value creation. With a robust client base and a growing suite of services, the business is entering a pivotal phase of transformation, investment, and preparation for future value realisation.

We are seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and play a key role in steering the business through its next phase of growth. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role - perfect for an experienced CFO or an exceptional Finance Director ready to step up.

You will work closely with the CEO and investors, taking ownership of financial strategy, systems, and reporting, while preparing the business for future exit.

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning
• Own and deliver board and investor reporting with clarity and precision
• Drive improvements in financial processes, data systems, and internal controls
• Lead system and workflow implementation across finance and operational teams
• Harmonise databases and reporting structures across group businesses
• Provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Partner with the CEO and PE investors on exit readiness and value creation planning
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team in line with business growth

• Proven experience in a PE-backed environment is essential
• Strong track record of improving financial reporting, data systems, and controls
• Experience with professional services or IT services business models
• Hands-on experience implementing finance systems and harmonising data structures
• Prior exposure to exit preparation / transaction readiness
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• A seasoned CFO seeking a new challenge in a growth-focused, investor-led setting
• An experienced Finance Director in a PE-backed business, ready to step up into a CFO role
