You are a true brand ambassador leading by example and delivering 5 star customer experience through our experiential retail pillars. You are an advocate for our brand values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do.
⭐ How you'll drive success:
Experiential Retail
- Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to continuously Integrate in store our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
- Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team
- Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store
- Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track
Inspirational Team Management
- Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
- A clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment
- Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team
- Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support
Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence
- Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
- Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment
- Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store

✨ The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- SWOT Analysis - you'll present a SWOT analysis for the store you're applying to and share this with your Area Manager in person
- In-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as a Supervisor in an A&M store with our Head of Retail
