Executive Assistant to Directors - 12 month FTC

At NCP, we’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide world-class support to two of our Executive Directors. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role that requires exceptional communication, confidence, and a proactive mindset.

Please note that this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide support to two Executive Directors of NCP, including managing diaries, inboxes, and being the first point of contact
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating senior-level meetings including agendas, minutes, and document preparation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients
  • Booking national and international travel
  • Managing documentation using MS Office, Oracle, and Visio
  • Collaborating with other EAs and teams to keep things running smoothly
  • Supporting NCP community initiatives and monthly KPI tracking
  • Attending and documenting senior level executive meetings.
  • Completion of expenses
  • Travelling to work from our Manchester office at least 2 days per week

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in an EA role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to built and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to work flexibly as an individual and have a positive “can do” attitude;
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Legal experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Someone who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up
