Visa Direct Ecosystem Programs & Performance Senior Manager
The Visa Direct Ecosystem Programs & Performance Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the global Visa Direct ecosystem. This role partners closely with Visa Direct Product, Commercialization, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams to support priority setting, manage ecosystem performance, lead strategic initiatives, and strengthen operating models.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, operational discipline, and the ability to influence across a complex, global payments organization while executing at a hands-on level.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution Support
· Support the development and execution of the Visa Direct Ecosystem strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with global product, ecosystem, and commercial objectives.
· Translate Visa Direct growth priorities into actionable plans, operating frameworks, and scalable execution models.
· Contribute strategic analysis and recommendations based on competitive, regulatory, and ecosystem insights.
Operational Excellence & Ecosystem Performance Management
· Design, maintain, and enhance ecosystem KPIs, health metrics, scorecards, and reporting to track performance across send/receive endpoints, partners, and markets.
· Identify ecosystem gaps (operational, regulatory, technical) and support initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
· Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, partner operations, and cross-functional workflows.
Cross-Functional Execution
· Coordinate and execute ecosystem-wide initiatives across Product, Commercialization, Client Services, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams.
· Support alignment and accountability for key ecosystem priorities, launches, and strategic programs.
· Act as a key execution partner enabling end-to-end delivery of ecosystem expansion, partner optimization, and global readiness initiatives.
Program & Initiative Management
· Manage strategic ecosystem programs from planning through implementation, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
· Identify and escalate cross-functional issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and visibility.
· Measure program effectiveness and drive enhancements using performance data and partner feedback.
Business Insights & Executive Reporting
· Conduct ecosystem performance analysis, identify trends, and generate insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.
· Prepare executive-ready materials including dashboards, updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
· Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including financial alignment and resource prioritization for ecosystem initiatives.
Culture, Engagement & Communications
· Support client and partner engagement surveys and action plans to improve overall ecosystem experience.
· Develop and distribute ecosystem communications such as newsletters, program updates, and leadership briefings to promote alignment and transparency.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
· Experience in payments, fintech, ecosystem management, strategy, client services, or operations. · Strong understanding of payments and money movement networks, including enabling technologies. · Proven experience executing complex, cross-functional initiatives within global organizations. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. · Experience in performance management, operational governance, or program management. · Solid financial and commercial acumen with strong business judgment. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
