What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire our barista team, setting the standard for excellent coffee preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in everything we serve.

Develop and refresh our coffee and drinks menu with seasonal offerings, rotating guest filter coffees, and innovative brewing methods.

Manage stock levels and collaborate with the team to maintain equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional experience for customers and sharing your coffee knowledge with them.

Stay on top of industry trends and continuously improve your skills and those of your team.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a senior barista in a specialty coffee environment, with a deep understanding of espresso-based drinks and batch brew techniques.

Leadership: You’re passionate about mentoring and developing a team, providing feedback, training, and guidance to elevate everyone’s skills.

Creativity: You have a flair for innovation and are excited to contribute ideas for new seasonal drinks and rotating guest coffee offerings.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in serving coffee to the highest standard and ensuring consistency with every cup.
