Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a cross-border private wealth specialist looking to work on high-value, complex international estate structures? Partnering directly with senior leadership at a top-tier Top 10 accountancy firm , we are seeking a US/UK Tax Manager to join their market-leading Trust & Family Wealth team.
This is a premier opportunity to focus on US-connected trusts and ultra-high-net-worth estate planning within an agile, nationwide practice that offers a true 50/50 balance between compliance and complex advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Border Portfolio Management: Oversee a high-profile client portfolio of US-connected trusts, foreign grantor trusts, and multinational estates (often valued at £200m+).
Advisory & Planning: Deliver bespoke US/UK dual-handling tax advice, addressing double tax treaty application, passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), IHT, and estate structuring.
Senior Collaboration: Partner directly with Directors and Partners on high-value advisory mandates, client presentations, and referral networks.
Team Leadership: Supervise, review, and mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth across US/UK trust compliance and reporting standards.
About You

Qualifications: Enrolled Agent (EA), CTA, STEP, ATT, or CPA (strong single-qualified or dual-qualified candidates are welcomed).
Technical Breadth: Demonstrable understanding of foreign trust rules, cross-border treaty interactions, and US reporting requirements (e.g., Forms 3520/3520-A).
Level: We will consider strong Assistant Managers ready to step up, established Managers, or experienced candidates looking for a Senior Manager track.
What's on Offer
Unrivalled Flexibility: Full remote working supported UK-wide, or hybrid options from any regional office hub.
Competitive Package: Base salary £67,000 - £82,000 (dependent on experience) + performance bonus.
High-Value Exposure: Work alongside recognised market leaders on multi-million-pound international family wealth structures.
