IT Technician required from January 2026

You will support hardware, software, classroom technology and user queries across staff and students.
The role includes maintaining inventory, supporting installations and ensuring effective operation of learning technologies.
Experience and Qualifications
- Background in IT support or technical services.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, networks, hardware repair and AV setup.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence handling troubleshooting, device configuration and helpdesk logs.
- Willingness to assist with larger-scale projects such as system upgrades.
