How&How are seeking a full-time Senior Copywriter to join our growing team in London. You’ll be working across London and LA to write all manner of copy including (but not limited to) big ideas, brand voices, websites, films, messaging pillars, positioning statements, taglines, social posts and anything else words help shape.

You’ll do that as an essential part of our creative team, working collaboratively with brand and digital designers to bring strategy to life in smart, conceptual ways. Topline: we need a killer writer who knows their own voice, and exactly how to shape it to other brands .

What you’ll do:

  • Writing creatively for clients, bringing strategic thinking to life through brands, voices and campaigns

  • Pitching in on in-house case studies, press releases, blog and social media posts, decks, pitches and job ads

  • Editing both of the above

What we’re after:

  • 6+ years in a creative agency

  • Ability to write in a wide variety of voices

  • Sharp, witty thinker and passionate storyteller

  • Comfortable writing both short and long-form

  • Strong collaborative skills, with teams of all sizes

  • Curious about brands and the positive impact they can have on the world

  • Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work

  • Interested in more than just words

  • Culturally literate

  • Comfortable working within G-Suite programs, Slack

The Perks

  • Salary of £52,500-£58,000 (DOE) + bonus opportunities

      • 90% of your average weekly earnings (before tax) for the first 6 weeks

      • 80% for the next 20 weeks (a total of 6 months)

      • Statutory after that up to 33 weeks

      • 100% of your weekly earnings (before tax) for 4 weeks

  • Fun fact! We had a great Q4 last year so raised everyone's salaries across the entire studio by 5%—because we believe we should all share our hard work
