Sales Enablement Manager
Who are we?
At Lumon , we make overseas payments effortless. As a leading international payments company, we combine people, technology, and expertise to become the world’s most trusted currency partner.
But there’s more to us than just currency exchange. At Lumon, people are at the heart of everything we do—whether that’s our clients, our community, or our very own Lumoneers.
- Here’s a little taste of what life at Lumon looks like:
- We’re proud partners of Future First , supporting children in schools across the UK.
- We’re a carbon neutral business.
- We’re committed to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion —our EDI committee plays a key role in challenging the status quo and driving progress.
We’re building a workplace where people feel comfortable being themselves and where diversity thrives. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to have you on the journey. What’s the role?
As part of our continued investment in Corporate Sales, we're looking for a commercial, innovative, and inspiring Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This newly created role will be pivotal in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our Corporate Sales division - with significant exposure to senior leadership, new product development, GTM deployment, and global expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enablement within sales-led, financial services organisations; demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
What does this actually mean?
- Define Lumon’s Corporate Sales enablement strategy and roadmap, in close partnership with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and People.
- Roll out programmes, tools, and processes - maximising impact and adoption across the organisation (Sales, Strategy, Dealing, UK, Portugal, etc).
- Be driven by the need to create solutions that are scalable and will work today; and when we are at 500% of that.
- Oversee assessment centres and onboarding; enabling new hires to successfully ramp up and deliver revenue within expected timeframes.
- Develop and manage a centralised repository of sales enablement materials, including case studies, presentations, and training guides.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure alignment of sales content with brand messaging and product updates.
- Leverage CRM and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and targeted training interventions.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for all enablement programmes; taking action as necessary.
What else do I need to be successful in this role?
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programmes.
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, best practices, and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt messages to diverse personas.
- Talent for quickly building rapport and maintaining engagement.
- A growth mindset and "can-do" attitude.
What can we offer you?
- Competitive base and variable pay
- Investment in your ongoing learning and development
- Hybrid working and rooftop terrace at our Farringdon office
- 25 days of annual leave, with a chance to purchase up to 5 more
- Birthday off
- 2 additional days off for ‘Moments that Matter’
- Monthly lunch and social events
- Medicash health scheme
- Cycle to work scheme
- Season ticket loan
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Salary Sacrifice Pension
- 4x Life Assurance
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Access to gym discounts as well as a wide range of other benefits and discounts through our online portal
