Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of billable utilization and achieve excellent customer satisfaction scores, reflecting strong project management and client service skills
• Enhance client value by expertly configuring and troubleshooting complex enterprise software, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Optimize operational effectiveness by gathering precise client requirements and designing solutions that meet specific needs and improve user experiences
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services through thorough testing and validation processes, adhering to industry standards
• Accelerate project timelines and enhance team flexibility by adopting and mastering new technologies that improve efficiency and outcomes

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent degree
• 3+ years in professional services role
• 3+ years experience in the packaging industry
• Travel requirement: Around 50% in EMEA
