The Role in a Nutshell

Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1 (Year 1 preferred).
- A creative, reflective practitioner who brings energy and commitment to their teaching.
- Strong understanding of early primary pedagogy and child development.
- Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
- A team player who shares the school’s commitment to inclusion and excellence.
