Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of Neve Jewels' digital platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and features
- Prioritise the product backlog, focusing the team on high-impact initiatives
- Work with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous optimisation
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to refine the product
- Ensure integration across e-commerce, payment gateways, and CRM systems
- Monitor KPIs and use data to drive product decisions
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product role
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with payment systems, CRM tools, and digital customer journeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for luxury retail and digital innovation
