AV Programmer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Programmer to take centre stage in delivering high-end smart home and commercial integration projects. This role is perfect for someone with solid Crestron programming skills who’s looking to expand their expertise across KNX, Lutron, and Control4 (training provided if needed).

Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and test Crestron systems and supporting AV hardware
• On-site commissioning of Crestron Home and Crestron DALI lighting systems
• Amend and expand existing programs for new features or added devices
• Program new systems using SIMPL and VTPro templates
• Troubleshoot Crestron systems and liaise with support teams as needed
• Collaborate with third parties (BMS, CCTV, HVAC) for full system integration
• Log and document all device IP/MAC addresses
• Demonstrate systems to clients and support smooth handovers
• Conduct annual system maintenance and firmware updates
• Program and commission KNX, Control4, and Lutron systems when required (training provided)

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Crestron programming (SIMPL, VTPro-e, Crestron Home)
• Confident understanding of AV architecture, signal flow, and IP networking
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage bespoke system requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the Home Counties
• Exposure to KNX, Control4, or Lutron is a bonus - training can be provided
