As an Automation Manager at Hyde, you will lead the delivery of automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance the customer experience. You will play a key role in driving Hyde’s digital transformation by identifying and implementing opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business value.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement a strategic vision and roadmap for automation in line with Hyde’s digital transformation goals.

• Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and optimisation of automation solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.

• Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to identify, design, and embed scalable automation solutions.

• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend fit-for-purpose tools to enhance organisational performance.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure solutions meet Hyde’s architecture, security, and service standards.

As an Automation Manager we’re seeking someone who can bring
