Core Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lessons across GCSE and A-Level Business, focusing on corporate strategy, marketing, and financial modelling .
Utilise real-world case studies to enhance the curriculum and engage students with contemporary global business trends.
Participate in the school’s professional communication initiative, helping students develop the soft skills required for the corporate world.
ECT Induction & Support
Full 2-year ECF induction programme with a dedicated subject-specialist mentor.
A 10% reduced teaching timetable to allow for research, observation, and professional development.
Bespoke workshops focused on Key Stage 5 pedagogy and advanced assessment techniques.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree (Business, Finance, or Economics).
Salary: Inner London Teachers' Pay Scale.
